After two years in Georgia-Pacific Sales, I was afforded the opportunity to move up to our parent company, Koch Industries, to fulfill my passion of developing early career talent as a member of our Early Career Talent Solutions team. I currently recruit for all intern level talent & recent graduates for Marketing, Sales, Communications, Legal, and MBA roles across all Koch Companies.

Early Career Recruiter - March 2021 - Present
• Currently the Early Career recruiter for all intern level talent & recent graduates for Marketing, Sales, Communications, Legal, and MBA roles across all Koch Companies including Georgia-Pacific, Molex, Koch Engineered Solutions, Invista, 1888 Investments, & more

• Strategically working as a consultative business partner for each of my hiring managers and business HR teams learning their specific needs & best practices to find long term talent hires
• Helping to convert interns at the end of their summer program to full-time hires upon graduation
​
• Assisting with the candidate experience during all stages of their hiring process from application to interview to offer letters and questions leading up to their start dates including relocation, project details, and hiring background work
​
• Building out long term relationships with core schools and organizations across the United States to strategically source for candidates specific to company roles & locations including National Black MBAA, National Collegiate Sales Competition, Emory MBA Program, and several universities

Intern Program Manager for Atlanta location (GP Center) - March 2021 - August 2021
​
• Before adding our Program Manager role, our recruiter team took over responsibility for hosting intern programming events for our class of 2021 - which afforded myself the opportunity to host our summer internship programming for GP Center
• Lead event planning efforts for intern events including breakfast chats, learning series interviewing leadership from across Koch Industries in an interactive Q&A series, and hosted our National Intern Day celebration (See photos below!)
